Overview

My experience living here been okay. The staff is fine but the rent for the apartments are not worth the price. The elevators are always breaking. For a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath the rent for them is too high. The rent in general is to high which makes no sense due to things always breaking. What I will say as far as Kim, Marbiel and the young girl that work in the office are nice and understanding and work with you on everything.

I've been living here going on 2 years, and within going on 2 years, I have seen people such as staff come and go. To be honest Ms. Shantoria, Karina, Kim and Woody are the best staff that you all have had. The manager in the office that is there now is rude to the point she don't like to listen and she is not understanding. I had an incident where there workers with lime green shirts working on the roof and when I turn around from being at my desk in the privacy of my home they were looking in my window. When I went to the office to inform her she informed me to close my blinds and just turn on my light's. I informed her why should I have to close my blinds in the privacy of my home when I'm working to make I pay my bills and you have workers looking through my window. She stated well just close your blinds. I stated that is ridiculous and corporate to hear about this cause why would you inform you resident to do that when we in our home and here it's guys looking through our room windows. Also the rent not understanding why things are going up when they are not fixing anything in the homes. My tubs in both bathrooms are peeling, paint are coming off my walls, leaking is happening in my daughter room and nothing is being done. maintenance came in and sawed the towel holder in the show out cause there is mildew coming into the showers no matter how much you clean it is still there. They didn't replace it, no one has came back to do anything. Now here they want to raise the rent but nothing is getting accomplish so why should they raise the rent. These are some concerns that we truly need to know cause it's not right. Overall I stay in my home and don't bother anyone, I work from home and no one knows I'm here. Also the trash man needs some assistant cause the trash is not taking out unless he come and if he don't it just sit, then they send us a letter stating we need to take it to the bin when we are paying for valet trash every month. Concerns should be addressed

Overview

My experience living her is good but the maintenance just touch up things they don't really fix it. I have been dealing with my tub peeling for a while now and the stopper has came off and nothing have gotten fix. Then rent being raise but nothing is getting fix like it should properly. They do what need to be done but they patch things up and not truly fix them unless it's the air conditioner, or lights or walls or toilets but other thing they patch up not cool. When I use to call the office the staff would be happy to answer the phone now they sound like they don't like there job. Also the elevator they need someone to come out and work on these elevator cause we have older people that stay in these building and they can't do these stairs. But other then that it okay and it's quiet in my building
