Just ok

I have lived here for 3 months and i'm only here for 7 months while i wait for my home to be built. This place is just ok. The apartment is dated and if you don't mind cosmetics and attention to detail, than this place is fine. The floors are crooked. The stove is uneven so cooking is a nightmare. The fridge is old and if you close the fridge door, the freezer door opens a little and then you realize hours later that everything thawed out. The sinks are low, i think this is just a 70's thing. The paint job is average at best. The stairs outside of the door are old and some are breaking. The worst thing about this complex is the dog poop situation. There is dog poop everywhere. I know this isn't the complex's fault, but it is your responsibility to do something about it. Its disgusting and also not safe. Its not cheap to live here, although, its not cheap to live anywhere. However, the apartments could be finessed a little more. The maintenance guys are great but they can only do so much.
