Maintenance on the stairs

Stairs look really bad and smell is kind of disgusting I know there are no maintenance workers but just to let you guys know. I can say that I love this place. ??

Changes but not for the best

My husband and I have enjoyed living here for two years. We were looking forward to living here long term until we buy a house, however after they changed management/ownership, we personally did not like the outcome. The previous staff were much more friendly, caring, and accommodating. Response to emails were quicker and any issue wasn’t taken lightly. Now we have ended our lease to move to another place. However, one of two things occurred that confirmed we made the right decision. #1- they would not release good standing tenant documents to place of application until we submitted an intent to leave form. #2- when we attempted several times to submit the requested intent to end lease- there was no one in the office (covid), no one picking up the business line and no response to e-mail when I sent the document electronically. I had to go through upper management to get a response from anyone and still haven’t heard from our own Charlesron 66th Street for a confirmation of receipt. I understand it’s covid pandemic times, but other apartments and rentals I’ve been dealing with have found a way to respond to my inquiries. Nonetheless, we found another place that is much more affordable where friends live and have better customer service. We are to move this month and haven’t heard anything. They are careless, we even received an email intended for one of our neighbors that was an important document regarding renewing their lease... but we haven’t received our own?

We are very happy at this Property. The staff is wonderful! The location is awesome, very glad we choose this property to live. We love our two bed room apartment, everything that we wanted in an apartment. We want to thank the staff here, they are Super!! Keep doing the Wonderful job that you guys do. Happy tenants
