The monthly pet rent will be determined by the review of the information and documentation provided in the PetScreening profile.  Service/ support animals are not considered pets.  BREED RESTRICTIONS Breed restrictions include Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies. I have been at the addison at sunlake since they opened in 2020. minor bumps in the road for my end but they leasing staff has been amazing and i hope to continue living in this wonderful community

Quality and Value

My wife and I have lived here for about 1 month so far and we are enjoying it. We appreciate the not so busy area as we came from the wesley chapel area and it is way to busy over there. We appreciate the value for what we get here so far. Yes we would recommend moving here.
