Good and bad.

When we first moved into the apartment we were extremely happy the first 4 months or so. Everything was just as advertised- a calm and peaceful environment to live in. Unfortunately that all changed when a soccer team was placed above us. It was no longer that calm and peaceful environment that we looked forward coming home to. Why the team was placed above us and others is a complete mistery to me when there are plenty of other apartments available in the complex. It has been constant noise ever since they have moved in with countless complaints sent to management. This has also caused an issue with the amenities. The amenities are beautiful but they are constantly occupied by the players of the soccer team, not leaving much room for other tenants. I will say that the office has been great lately (Eliza in particular) in helping us move to a different apartment to escape the noise that is above us. With us expecting a new baby we could not justify staying where we were at. Maintenance has been okay… they were extremely helpful at the beginning when our AC and hot water were broken but recently in this cold weather that just passed our heater broke and nobody came to fix it after they were notified. We are experiencing the same issue tonight with our AC so hopefully this will get fixed in a timely manner. We still love the location of where we are and its still a beautiful place to live however it was a poor decision having a soccer team of 20 something-year-old boys move into a place that was advertised as a peaceful and serene place to live.

I love it here.

I love it here. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is incredible. The layout and amenities were very well thought out. The staff are very nice and responsive. The only thing that could be an issue is the size of the rooms. Moving here, I had to downsize the bedrooms. I had to get rid of some furniture & belongings because it couldn't all fit in the bedrooms. My child's room is especially cramped. However, we have learned how to optimize the space and organize well. We used a loft bed in my child's room, which was perfect for maximizing the space. If you take advantage of vertical space, under-bed storage, organize well, and downsize a little bit, you can have a beautiful and functional space. It took some adjusting for us, but ultimately I would NOT consider leaving because I feel very safe here, the amenities are incredible, it's peaceful, and has everything I want and need.

Love our place!

I recently moved into Welcome Canary about 4 months ago and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It’s calm and peaceful environment is everything I was looking for in a place. Not only that, but the staff/management are the most kind people to talk to. I highly recommend Welcome Canary to anyone who is looking for a new place.

Omggg when i first received a call from them about coming by checking it out walking in i felt at home soo relac a breathe of feesh air i literally felt like i was apart of a family / community .. so peacful every person that lives here are wonderful , the managemtt staff always making plans to do fun activities for an example the 4th of july snacks / music etc. a blasttttttt
