Pretty good

Great location with a publix 30 seconds away. A little noisy at night from the street but nothing too bad. My apartment came with a broken garbage disposal and dishwasher but other than that everything was great. Really cool pool area and clubhouse!

The Preserve at Lakeland Hills

I am starting my 8th year living here. I can say that the current management team is the best we have had since the original owners (who left the month after I moved in!) They respond fairly quickly to noise concerns. They are very responsive on maintenance requests as well. The management team is much more consumer friendly than the team before them.
