School n store r convenient

I like here ,the school for my boys is close mins away ,store n supermarket is also fairly close n it works out cause right now i don't hv a vehicle,also the highway i-4is close by

Poor staffing

The office staff prior to the current staff deserved a grade of D! The current staff so far is deserving of an F for lack of availability for the residents that work during normal business hours and are not on government housing or section 8. They do not answer the phones unless they call you and you call them right back. Voicemail is always full so you can’t leave a message but when it comes to lease renewal the are up your……The manager has a sign on the door that say be back at 8:30 am and I’m looking at her through the window at 11:00am and she ignores me. Very poor customer service. True prices are high. Some people can’t afford to move, and it not the rental price but the lack of cash on hand to move to a better community.! At least do better serving the residents you have!

Needs to be Remodeled

I am waiting impatiently for my lease to be up. The Maintance takes forever to come to your apartment. They half fix everything. The apartments are hot as hell in the daytime during the summer and fall with my air blowing on 69 all day. You can hear the people slamming doors at night && talking loud. If your neighbors have dogs you will hear them barking. The staff is horrible. Very rude and inconsiderate. My apartments had fleas when I got my first move in date. I got bit up and they knew that there were fleas there. Do Not Move Here. The rent is ridiculously high for the upkeep of these apartments.
