OUTDATED

We have been here for about 5 years and the rent keep going up but the apt is falling apart. There is never any place to park. Your company is out of luck to find a spot. The garbage can thing is really not worth paying for when you have to take yourself anyway. But we do have a nice pool area.

RENT INCREASE

Im considered that the people who have been living in this property for years and who pay on time should not have an increase in rent that is a good way to retain the people who are here. We have also been affected by covid/19 in our income but we understand that yours are doing your job and deserve that we make the effort to pay your rent on time.

Pete did a fantastic job fixing my sink. Got here quickly , for I had water everywhere when I awoke on Sunday am under my kitchen sink. Come to find out it was my garbage disposal had to be replaced for it was rusted out on the bottom. He put in a new one and cleaned up the mess. Very nice gentleman and worked without any complaints. I really enjoyed him. He is a man with a lot of knowledge. Glad we have him aboard our maintenance team. I give him 5 stars.!!
