Ideal for what we need
We are newer to the area. We like our apartment, the location is in the better part of Lakeland. The complex is always clean and the trash valet is very helpful. Very tough to get communication/response from staff.
Maintenance Staff
Everytime we needed maintenance done, the response has been immediate. Frankie was here to fix an issue with the microwave and garbage disposal and I was amazed that he fixed them so quickly. I am very pleased with the maintenance staff. We have lived here for almost two years and are very pleased with the staff at Century Ariva.

Honestly this place wasnt too bad first moving in over the years it has progressivly gotten worse like with the pool being shut down paint all over patios and breezeway gates broken every other week
