Took a chance

The previous reviews for this complex were not favorable. However, when I came in to talk to the staff and look at an apartment, I was impressed by the staff so we took a chance. I have not had any trouble with bugs. There are occasional ones, but there is monthly outside spraying and inside spraying is available. Maintenance requests have been dealt with, sometimes slowly but I have not had any emergency requests. The amount of storage space is excellent. The location can't be beat. I wish the rent were a little lower but this is Jupiter and walking distance to Walmart and Publix, so not bad for this area. Neighbors are pleasant and are sociable or not as you desire. Don't think you can find better for this money in this area.
