Best staff ever

Shaena and Richard are absolutely amazing!!! The move in process was quick and easy, our apartment is beautiful and they are always so helpful. Shaena always answers the phone! She answers all my questions and I always have a lot! Her and Richard have been running the office very well by themselves and I want them to know that we appreciate them so very much! Thank you for making Wynnfield a wonderful place to live!

New Tenant Review

As a new tenant there's much to praise this complex. The place is very well kept, clean, maintained and looks and feels like your personal residence of a home. Very private unlike the other large apartment complexes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I want to send a special thank you to Al the property manager for seeing my transition through and with expediting the items that needed to be addressed. He's very understanding and will help you with any issues you may have with your apartment. Thanks again Al for coming through. Maintenance so far I have to say have been very good in addressing any concerns we had and they do a good job at that and not shabby work either. Kudos to this entire team and complex. I wish I had moved here sooner. Thank you, Frank

We Like It Here

We've been here nearly 5 1/2 years. Love the place. Very professional, things get taken care of. Good neighbors. Maintenance guys are great. Lawn maintenance is pretty good. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service

Y'all! This apartment is amazing! We moved here from Washington state, and Renee was my point of contact. She made this process so easy. We could not be happier with our choice. Everyone who works here (that I have had contact with) has been courteous and helpful- even when I dropped my bag I was trying to carry in, the maintence man was there to help me! My only "complaint" is that I wish there was one assigned parking place per unit.
