It really need some upgrades: these old school appliances and lights fixtures got to go; as the rent increases every year, why not? The stairs are deplorable, foyer area is always filthy, poor lighting at night, outside doors need touching up. Wouldn't hurt to repave the parking lot, and areas where the sidewalks are dangerously uneven, can cause someone to trip and fall.

The move in process was super easy and maintenance is very quick to respond. Very happy so far!!!!
Spruce It Up
The doors, thresholds, outside foya and stairs could use a fresh coat of paint. Oh yeah and the "aged" windows.. can feel drafts in the cold season. As far as the amenities " it's old school " I moved in over a year ago and the carpets needed to be replaced then... (in my case a darker color that doesn't easily expose stains) The lighting in the kitchen.. an up to date fixture wouldn't hurt, and to actually have "one" put in the bedroom. Overall it's comfortable living space for the money.. but I feel that an increase in rent should accompany " upgrades " as well.
