Worst rental experience ever

staff is rude and quick with attitude had furniture damaged over a water leak from a/c after they misdiagnosed what was happening told to use my insurance to replace which was one of many. When we first moved we had a tuff situation and where shown an apartment and told the only difference was gonna be the color of appliances most definitely not the case pop corn texture walls to cover all the damage to match the ceiling throughout painted plywood cabinets with crooked doors and drawers bad smell with all the leak the apartment had its no wonder have pictures showing a water leak coming from the siding on the exterior to the master bedroom bathtub finish peeled and it was never addressed never missed one payment of rent never late office staff was great to get us in afterward it was like whatever we didn't see the apartment until move date and by that time we had no other choice to stick it out and hoped they where gonna fix all the problems only made repairs after pushing and pushing didn't even do a walk through on move out.. let's see what happens now

My worst experience while living here was requesting the laundry door repair. It seral request to be ignored over and over. I did not get any attention until I posted a picture of the door that fell on my back. I later discover the ticket was closed 3 days after I submitted it. This allowed me to see the truth of this apartment complex integrity. For whatever reason, I had to continue requesting service for my air conditioner repairs. Then to be ignored about the broken door that fell on me is a bad memory that is not fair. If anyone cares. I have documents to show the ticket was closed before I made several calls continuing repair service.
