11 East is an animal friendly community and we know you and your animal will love living here. Our animal fee is $350 (non-refundable for each animal). Animal rent is $20 per animal, per month. Downtown Living at it's Finest

Honestly 11 E has been so welcoming since the beginning of our time here. Both Chantel and Alex have helped us make this our beautiful home for two years now! We recently upgraded to a bigger apartment and the move with them has been easy, painless, and quick to get all our questions answered. Thank you 11 E for making this experience amazing!

11 East is Awesome!

11 East is a great place to live. Love the gyms. Excellent ability to walk to everything. Everyone is super nice. The staff is very helpful. The views are majestic.

The 11 East Building has a great management and maintenance team. The office staff is responsive and caring in dealing with this tenant family. As important the maintenance team responds prompt and problems are handled correctly the first time.
