Pet Policy

  • Comments: Tenant shall be permitted to have a maximum of: two dogs; two cats; or one dog and one cat. Dogs must be on a leash on the Property at all times unless in a fenced in area on the Property. Tenant must comply with all local ordinances on curbing or leashing dogs and disposal of pet waste. Tenant shall be directly responsible for cleaning up all pet waste. All pets must be licensed by the municipality if required. All pets shall have up-to-date rabies vaccinations. All pets shall have any other vaccinations required by law. Landlord reserves the right to request documentation proving the foregoing. Cats must be kept inside the Property's structures at all times and will not be permitted to roam the Property. Tenant shall be liable for injuries to any individual or damage to the Property caused by Tenant's pet(s). Landlord reserves the right to remove or to require Tenant to remove any pet that becomes dangerous to others or that repeatedly damages the Property. Tenant's failure to properly control Tenant's pet(s) or to remove a dangerous pet from the Property may be grounds for eviction of Tenant. No other types of pets or animals (including but not limited to, rodents, reptiles, and birds) are permitted on or in the Property.
