    We are pleased to accept cats and dogs in all of our apartments with the exception of the following breeds and mixes of lineage: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, American Staffordshire, Terriers, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Dobermans, American Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf Hybrids, Perro de Presa Canarios, or any mix thereof.
    Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited. Qualified service animals are always welcome. The following pets are also acceptable: domestic fish, turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils and small domesticated birds. The manager has discretion regarding each property’s pet policy.
    All pets must be pre-approved in person. A pet addendum and payment of pet fees must be in place prior to a pet moving into an apartment. If the pet is a dog or a cat, a current photograph should be attached and up-to-date veterinary documentation of appropriate inoculations, as required by state and local laws, are required for your file.
    A pet should be under the complete control of a responsible human companion at all times. Pets are not to be left alone, unattended or tied anywhere outside. Other animals, such as birds and hamsters, shall be appropriately caged. We reserve the right to restrict pets from certain amenities, buildings or floors.
    Please speak with your leasing agent regarding applicable pet fees.
    ANY pet may be denied for any reason. This community does not permit visiting pets.
