Decent place but pricey for what it is

The apartments are decent size for what you’re paying but could use a lot of upkeep. Paint is peeling, there are cracks in the ceiling, and the outside is just not maintained at all. The staff are always friendly. They tent to force renters to evacuate more than usual when a natural disaster is coming such as a hurricane due to the poorly kept buildings that are run down.
