Very Happy

We have lived at the Bartram for a year, and we are big fans. The property is very nice and impeccably maintained. The amenities are great - pool is wonderful. And service and maintenance have been fantastic. This is really a great value.

The best place ever

I have been meaning to do this for quite some time, and I just cannot say enough about the Bartram. We have lived here for almost 4 years and our experience has been fantastic. The staff, the amenities, the gorgeous, spacious apartments, and all of the extras make the Bartram HOME. We are so fortunate to have found this gem. Absolutely love living here.

Once again, I would like to thank the Bartram on their quick response to my maintenance request. The dryer vent kept coming off and I tried several times to fix it myself without bothering you. The Bartram is a great place to live but a bit too pricy for Gainesville. The ammenities and location right next to the University have no equal here in town
