Perfect for students and families.

It is not fancy, and you won't find any frills that come bundled in with the rent at fancy apartment complexes. But this place is clean, quiet, well-located, the apartments are really spacious, office and maintenance staff are there to help and are always polite and responsive, and it has basic amenities. In a student town like Gainesville where most people are looking for a budget deal, this is as good as it gets!

Pros and Cons

Luckily not too many issues arise in this complex compared to other places I've lived, but if something does, expect management to be pretty unhelpful and apathetic. Also, rent goes up like ~30$ minimum every year, which is lame. Honestly other than that though, it's a nice place to live! Pretty peaceful, relaxed, decent amenities, helpful student staff in the front office and a very kind maintenance crew. Great placement close to Butler Plaza. A recycling program would be awesome.
