Location is and has been Ideal for my lifestyle. I moved in in August of 2015 and will be signing a lease for year 10 in the fall.
Affordable and well kept
We are long time residents. Love the location, maintenance staff and office staff. My only complaint and the office & maintenance crew try- people who don't pick up after their pets.
Place to Call Home
When we decided on Florida for retirement, we searched online for ten different complexes between Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Channelside was our first stop and every other place fell so short of this site that sometimes we cancelled in the parking lot. This location is spectacular. It lies almost equidistant between here and Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Sanibel. The layouts of these luxury apartments are remarkable, allowing an open, efficient atmosphere. The amenities include a putting green, a beach entry pool, a cabana with grills, a party area by pool with fridge and TV, dog park with washing area, complimentary dog dodo bags, a car washing space, and inside pool table and business area. The grounds are immaculate and both the office staff and maintenance personnel are friendly and superb. We have found our for--ev-er home. Come see it for yourself! I am sure you will be impressed.
