Port Royale is a pet-friendly community welcoming cats and dogs. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Breed and weight restrictions apply. $500 non-refundable fee for one pet or $700 for two pets. 100lb weight limit. Pet rent is $20/month, per pet.

Maintenance

Have made multiple maintenance requests regarding water leak and carpet being wet and mold. Nothing has been done to address issue.

Terrible place to live

Office staff, is extremely rude, they make threats to evict on absolutely no terms for such. Not contact back from weller management, have reported to fair housing.

An overall ehhh

Parrking spaces are small . Parking lot is poorly lit. Staff never returns a call. Maintenance is good however the office does not communicate to them very well. Not the best value by a long shot. Noise is so so, location is great and so are the amenities.

Good Location

Nice location, great pool and gyn, quiet and calm building, office staff is very nice and helpful, and the maintenance staff are very rude, our building needs more care about cleaning and parking space needs to organize, most of the times cars use 2 spots to park and pet owners not always clean the pets poop ....
