I feel ignored

I have been trying to get the staff to fix a window they broke themselves. It's been over a month and no word from the supposed contractor they were getting. Also we had the pool operating until again it's closed without little communication from the manager. Also when I do go to the office to speak to the manager no one is ever there to open tje door. I am so displeased with this staff. I've been here 6 years and it just gets worse. When I had moved here there was always someone to speak to and Maintenance was effective and responsible
