Love the PLACE, Not so much the price and community.

While I love everything about the place, ammenities and location, Some bummers are. Noise, Tenants (Cleaningness and culture) leave a lot to be desired. Maybe they could be more strict on the type of people they take into the community. Prices could be a little cheaper.

Parking

The parking stalls need to be painted in another color that can be seen, since the white color of now is not distinguishable and this means that the other tenants when parking, are located on one of the stalls, which prevents parking correctly

Thanks for the construction site and the disturbance

Horrible living here since the construction began. Now looking for a way to move out. Everyday something different and more annoying happens with the machines and/or workers...

Los apartamentos me encantan, son espaciosos y los acabados son espectaculares. Las areas comunes son cheveres también pero los vecinos son un poco desastrosos y sucios, siempre dejan basura en las areas comunes, eso es algo que se debería de mejorar como comunidad
