great community
i have loved living here. location is great! love my apartment and great community. love that the staff is throwing a lot of events through the month and also having thing like food trucks. The only thing that disappointing is the turn around time for maintenance of the pool and opening the dog park.
Getting Better!
It took a while for this property to get up and running, with a few advertised amenities still on the way but great improvements over the last year. Beach access is close enough, but striking a deal with one of the condos across the highway to use their beach access would take this place and turn it up to 11. This has nothing to do with property management, but the recent addition of the the Chikfila and brand new starbucks in walking distance is great!
Luxury Living
The Charles is a wonderful place to live because it's close to everything! The neighborhood is safe and the management is attentive/responsive. I love the amenities and the services they offer (such as Trash Butler and a saltwater pool). Sound does travel as any apartment living goes- I can usually hear my neighbors' conversations if they talk outside and I happen to have my window open.
