Tenants have rights
The complex appearance has improved over the years. The complex rules have changed without the care for the tenants. There is no designated visitors parking after office hours. Therefore the tenants have received notice unless you have picked up a visitor parking pass during office hours your visitors cars will be towed. No unexpected visitors will be allowed. The management sends out notices daily on new rules and changes. They are not taking in consideration of their tenant’s personal living space. Management goes over and beyond with investigating and spying on the tenants even after hours holidays and weekends. The management also has a personal neighborhood watch that reports every move in favortism. I an not sure if the complex owners are aware of many things, I will be reaching out to them before legal action is pursued. Tenants do have rights many are affaid to speak up to face force evictions.

Is been 2 years no complain the staff and maintain is great pleasure always been helping went needed. The place is always clean and the security I feel safe when come home they wait for get to my apartments. The apartment is convenient because have many stores close to my.
Cheap rent but you get what you pay for
The gates are always broken and have been for years. The compactor has been broken for months and they just leave large bins for the residents to throw their trash in and it fills and overfills up quick. The management staff is not pleasant to work with. They do cheap maintenance and most of their appliances are old and break easy since they buy the cheapest appliances available. They had upgrades done to the apartments with a government grant the work that was done was very shoddy and things were not updated properly. They will charge you for every little thing that they can and they are slow to fix issues.
