worst neighbor hood, no kids allowed, awesome rent though,

New neighbor

The new renter who moved into unit 205 next to me has made it uncomfortable for us around her. I cannot say anything about different men coming in and out of her place arriving at 2 or 3 am leaving at 5 am because she has a right to have who ever she wants over. The problem is the police coming at 10 pm for a noise complaint or the several loud fights she has with the renter above her. Last night it was at after 11 pm. Lasted 30 or more minutes. My neighbor had a man over who was trying to get her to calm down. It suddenly became totally silenced. May need a wellness check on the lady upstairs. She also likes to leave her trash outside the door which has been reported several times. I am not comfortable having her as my neighbor and not just because of the noise. One thing I loved about this place was because I felt safe here, now I do not.
