Revamped, but at a cost.

This complex used to be a nightmare, but since new management took over, it’s slowly but surely turning into a beautiful place to live. Parking can get really tight some nights, and there aren’t NEARLY enough guest parking spots for the number of people that now live here, but it’s otherwise great. My biggest concern is with how much the rent is raising. I and many of my neighbors live here because it was the cheapest place we could find, and the only place we could afford. Once remodeling is finished, rent is raising approximately $400 a month, and is going to drive out much of the community that already existed here. It’s more of a business than a community and a home.
