University Club
The staff is all very welcoming and very nice to talk with. The maintenance people most of the time are very prompt. However, there are a select few that do not actually come out and fix things in a timely manner like they are supposed to. The parking situation is not great either and sometimes other residents park in your spot, when they are not supposed to. Additionally, there are only a couple of guest parking spots. It is very close to many universities near by.
