Amenities are not well kept, snakes have been seen. People feed stray cats and raccoons. Staff is inattentive. Very bad experience

Things are not always what they appear …

I am writing this review to hopefully impart others with some wisdom that I did not listen to. Before I moved into this place. I have had numerous issues since signing a lease here. The good – it is in an amazing location. If you work nearby like me, there is no need to even take public transportation. The bad- this place may be competitively priced, but it is no steal. You can find larger spaces with way more amenities. The parking situation is hopeless. You literally must camp out at a parking spot and be willing not to move after 5pm. The staff are rarely available, even though they say they are in the office from 9-6pm. The office is closed, and you can´t reach anyone during the supposed posted hours. The staff does not return phone calls. I love the neighborhood. I have had numerous issues since signing a lease here. One issue within 4 months of moving in. was the fridge handle came off and they charge me to repair it. My building is very noisy, police traffic is numerous occasions related to other people they are leasing. I go to work and will periodically check on my children because the place is not getting, and they do not monitor the traffic. I would say more but I can say is that I am not pleased with this place. What they call the monthly “water and service charges are hidden variable costs used to increase your monthly rent. They also have courtesy Valet trash that is not optional and to me it not necessary. I will look elsewhere if I need a decent place.
