Outdated Building, Great Location, Sub Par Service.
My overall review of the property is a 3-10. The amenities need to be updated. The hot tub is often broken, the gym barely has any equipment, the appliances are extremely outdated and the entire complex needs to be painted. There is no elevator for handicap tenants, the garbage is disgusting and not properly managed. If I would have had time to find another property, I most certainly would not have chosen Park Place.
