Blue Isle Review

The overall experience living at Blue Isle hasn’t been pleasant. I had a situation when I requested a maintenance service verbally and on rentcafe and it took almost 2 weeks for the issue to be resolved. When I put in a service request I selected not to enter the premises without me being at home and they still did and didn’t call me to inform me of it. I also never received a completed service document of the services I’ve requested. The noise here at Blue Isle is unbelievable, there’s dogs being left outside people’s balcony at early morning and late night after 10pm constantly barking. Can’t sleep, my family and I loose sleep everyday because of that noise. There’s trash left outside constantly even on days that’s not valet pick up and the smell is horrible. The gate to enter Blue Isle on Banks Rd was broken as if someone slammed their car in the gate. It was broken for over 30 days. It was recently fixed but anyone could have came in this complex that doesn’t live here. The gate to enter for guests is always open. There should be Security for our safety. The Manager at the office doesn’t have the nicest personality, she doesn’t seem to have an understanding when it comes to service. Customer service is very important and leading by example is what makes the environment a better place to live in. These are my feedbacks on Blue Isle and I hope it is taking to consideration. The apartment is good overall, though there are a few lingering ongoing maintenance issues that cannot seem to be resolved. This, along with the high staff turn over, means that the ongoing issues need to be reexplained to the front office staff each time that we bring it back up (we have had people come out to look at the same issue over 4 times without it being resolved). Other than that, the location is great, the amenities are alright, and the parking is better than other apartment complexes in the area. So overall, would give the apartment complex a 3.5 (it would be higher but some of the issues have been ongoing since originally moved in 2-3 years ago).
