Nice apartments, very quiet, maintnence keep property very clean. Maintenence respond quickly when needed to fix anything in the apartment.

Bitter Sweet
I would expect better move in conditions with paying per month and the move in fees, I was told carpet only is replaced if a pet lived there and clearly a animal lived there for quite some time before myself. I moved in January and still constantly sweeping up pet hair in all areas of the unit, I complained of this before move in and they claimed it was cleaned twice and pet hair is in the carpet, on ceiling fans, and in vents, my son and I suffer from allergies and we cough all night long. I turned most of my concerns in on the move in check list and no one has said anything. Kitchen cabinets vinyl coverings are not sealed and peeling up, outside patio light never worked, the blinds are the worse ever you can't even touch them with out them bending out of shape, the stairs outside need to be bleached or painted all stained up needs a good cleaning. I do love the location and I never use the ammeneties but glad they are there. The price is sad these prices are going up but no one is paying more basically paying more than my friend is paying in a 3bd house with a yard. Heart Breaking .
