Living at The Palms of Clearwater

I live here now going on 2 years. There was a change of management and am working with new one now. Friendly staff, maintenance, and neighbors as long as you mind your own business. Parking is a challenge but I requested a reserved spot for my vehicle along with my rent and pet fee. So parking is not a problem for me but it's hard for others if they have family visiting or many members living with them. Overall, it's pretty decent living for renting. I mind my own business and even though neighbors are there, I act like they are not there (keeping the peace). To be honest, I never go to use the pool, gym, or walk around because "I mind my own business and I keep to myself and I have no use of the pet park because I have a cat^_^". So far, 2021 is going ok.
