Huge fan of living here

I’m a big fan of this apartment complex there are only a few things that I wish were different 1) The tennis lights don’t work (It’s been a while since I tried but I vividly remember trying to play with friends at night and being let down a bit. Hqvent tried recently so maybe it’s been fixed? 2) Amenities could be a little nicer. I’d consider going halfsies on a refrigerator unit with a water dispenser or ice maker. 3) I’m pretty sure someone got robbed nextdoor at 3am. This is out of pretty much everyone’s hands so I wouldn’t hold the apartment complex to blame. Just an experience I thought I’d add I will say though, this apartment complex has a great maintenance and cleaning team (Although I’d recommend seeing if you guys are able to cut some of the low hanging branches in front of people’s buildings.) Btw Jose is the best

Property appeal and upkeep

I have been living here for a few years now and the only thing preventing me from moving is this pandemic! I have not been able to use my balcony for the entire time of my living here. It floods every time it rains because the building is not balanced. The walkway floods as well for hours during and after rain. The gutters are constantly overflowing making more water build up. From the street level view it would appear that my balcony is water dense and falling apart and the grounds are generally gross, from all the mud due to rain water retention, the stairway and breeze way are always gross and rarely cleaned from spider eggs and cobwebs. The building itself looks rundown and I’ll taken care of or maintained. The office staff does not ever seem to know how to be of service as well. The one good thing I would say is, my neighbors are kind and we are considerate of each other and Maintanece shows up in a timely manner for indoor repairs and usually does a good job the first time.
