Love it
Parking sometimes can be a pain, especially late at noght but everything else is great!
Courteous and Convivial
The staff is professional and I am on a first name basis with all three of them. The clubhouse is gorgeous. The property maintenance crew, Gorge and Isa are very helpful and prompt. So far so good! The only aggravation I have encountered was not from staff or property amenities, it has been from basic human behaviors encountered with a few of the residents and sharing common areas and the consideration of picking up trash after themselves or having a pet that pees on the staircase landing and the resident fails to even care to pour some water on it to clean up after themselves. That is basic human behavior. Those are the folks in society who leave the grocery cart out in the parking lot... we all know "those people" exist. Aside from that, the place is peaceful and agreeable and everyone is friendly and kind!
