Nice but Pricey
Rent is over priced but I'm certain it is a reflection of the current market. Like any apartment complex, you have to constantly contact the front office concerning maintenance, etc.
Management could be better
Management is poorly being done. I have been living there for a year and a few months and have asked to keep what was promised since the beginning. The appliances are outdated and was promised to be changed. They are slowly breaking and instead of changing to a new one they keep trying to fix it. The air conditioning to my apartment has been having issues and my bill is always high. I don't know what has to be done but it's not fair since I always pay my rent and no complaint have ever been made from my part!
disappointing and a waste of money.
I will not be renewing my lease at the end of it because I feel I am not getting my money's worth at this apartment. The apartment we are in, have roof leaks, old appliances, and garbage overload on multiple occasions. The company brags about their apartment being a luxury complex, which is false. The parking garage are small and not worth 100.00 at all. The owner/company needs to make changes because right now, it's not worth the money.
