Loud parties
Too many large parties at pool with loud ethnic music. Residential invite many non residential to swimming, drink, smoke marijuana and let kids run free. Hardly ever a relaxing time at pool. Games tied or chained closed

Friendly, quiet, less stress!
Having to move from a three-bedroom house to a two-bedroom apartment was hard for me but the resort feel of the complex has eased a lot of the stress of renting a big house. Everybody has been friendly and I can't believe how quiet it is for the amount of apartments here. The trash concierge and i apartment app put a nice touch on everything. Brittany was amazing. She was on top of everything through the whole process of moving in and the application. Thank you to David and Brittany!
