Great Location

Have been here two months Saturday. Love it. I can walk on the Riverfront, walk downtown to eat and walk over to Palmetto. I haven't needed maintenance for anything other than my mailbox key and that was taken care of in one day. Amanda and Dawn are GREAT! Maintenance was too but I didn't get a name.

Not worth the price

Not in good condition apartments. Kitchen cabinet need replacement. Staff not available. Trying to charge you absurd hidden amounts.

Parking difficult later evening

Satisfied with amenities hadn’t expected rent would raised $100 and noise can’t be helped considering the location from the apartment however management and office staff is most accommodating and friendly
