Great Place

Timberlake is a nice place to live. The only downside is parking is you come home after 7pm you won't be able to park anywhere near your apartment and they recently put in paid reserved parking and I don't see how charging us is supposed to help with parking.

Milling & Paving

I understand that this has to be done and is required by the city, we have dealt with this in another complex. However, NO CONSIDERATION was made in regards to school children and buses. We have a child with special needs and it is required by her IEP that the bus drop her off in front of the building. For four days, that will be impossible! The bus will have to drop her off across the street which is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS considering people don't always know to stop for the bus. This should have been scheduled while school wasn't in session. The safety of our child and others was not considered AT ALL. As a resident this is disappointing to say the least.
