Well priced

There is good space, ac/heating, good rooms and bathroom and a kitchen. Each function well, but I would say there isnt good airflow in the bathrooms. Overall everthing works well and is well worth the price. Only other issue is the highschool noise, but it’s not too often. Mantience listens and helps too. Great location close to what I need.

Great place to live near campus!

I moved here to be close to my research lab. It is also close to ACME (grocery store), 15 mins to east main st by walking, also has university shuttle connecting to main cmapus.
