Totally inept management
The people who run my building are thoroughly incompetent and borderline criminals. Nothing ever works. My place was flooded 5 weeks ago and my building has done nothing about it. I don't even have running water in my apartment. I am unable to even open the front door to my apartment because the floor is so warped. This is an obvious safety hazard. It's been this way for over a month and my building has yet to remedy this and get my unit up to code. These floods have been happening every 18 months. My landlord knew the plumbing was suspect, they didn't repair it, and these floods keep getting worse. This is clearly negligent and likely illegal.
