Great Location, Subpar Service

Slow building and maintenance response to a flood that leaked openly out of the ceiling and onto our bed, and emerged from ceiling lights; Constant parking garage and gate issues, causing us to be late to work multiple times, and not receiving any feedback or updates from the building regarding our maintenance requests submitted for these failures; Less ability to retrieve packages than when we originally moved in since the evening concierge switched to a security guard; Lack of ability to use the mX Butterfly app that we were originally told we could use to unlock our front door; And finally and most importantly, a significant decrease in the quality of our apartment, as our window is now nearly completely blockaded by construction and other apartments. Not only is this unattractive, but we have been forced to switch to using our den to sleep in, as the construction noise begins early and incessantly for months

Excited to Live Here!

My leasing tour with Jenny was amazing and from day one I was excited about living in this area. The apartment is beautiful and I'm excited to settle in more. However, moving is never easy and there were a few errors which resulted in many follow ups, additional phone calls to leasing, and some unnecessary stress.

Its a gorgeous apartment

Just a little disappointed with lack in communication and the overall process of the move-in.

Nice Living Experience

Living here has been pretty nice, except for the construction, which is not the fault of management. But the noise during the day and the flood lights shining into the bedroom windows all night do ruin the experience.

Solid Building

Living here is great. The biggest complaints would be the garage never working so cars that don't belong are always parked in there. Also, it constantly smells like weed in the building.
