Ongoing Noise Issues & Lack of After-Hours Support Security

I’ve been a resident here for over a year and am very disappointed with how management handles after-hours noise disturbances. Late-night parties and loud music often continue into the early morning, disrupting the peace for many residents, including seniors and families. Despite repeated complaints and police involvement, there is no staff available at night to address these issues. The front entrance also remains broken and unsecured overnight, raising safety concerns. It feels like resident concerns are only acknowledged during office hours, leaving us to deal with these problems on our own. This community deserves better enforcement of its rules and a stronger commitment to residents’ well-being.

Noise level and parking

The noise level some nights are ridiculous. Loud music playing almost all night. I pay for a parking spot and often during the day when there is someone sitting at the front desk people are allowed to park in my spot.

In My Opinion

Its not the worst place to sleep at all. Theres only 1 way in and out, which causes problems during school mornings/afternoons. The smoke detectors are extremely sensitive. I cook alot and every time I open the oven I set them off. The door to my unit is very light and u have to slam it closed. I have “window restrictors” and I get that they WC Smith is trying to prevent a fall but I have no kids and dont plan on falling out a window anytime soon. The option to sign a waiver to not have them would be nice. If you live on the backside, you get an amazing view of the city which is why I chose to live here. THERE IS NO FITNESS ROOM. Its an office with 2 treadmills and 1 elliptical.
