Weed smelling place

the place was clean and friendly, however recently the smell of "weed" is overwhelming. Its all over the hallways and even goes into apartments.

Rating

The parking is a big issue for my self and my family. I understand the building is going through a construction, but I have three small children and when is bad weather I can't walk with my kids from target. I hope the management can understanding our issues.
