Don't live here

I am living here since the past few years. Location is ok as grocery stores are nearby but the management is pathetic. They hardly care about the maintenance request. I had my broken AC on my apartment since last summer and they haven't fixed it yet. Staffs keeps changing and most of them were rude with some exception. The Grill outside the apartment is just show off doesn't work. I am still living here only due to COVID situation.

Some Residents Very Careless

Some residents have gotten very careless with garbage in the stairwells. In the elevator they leave tissues lodged in wall crevices, cups of the floor, spilled beverages, even vomit has been left uncleaned during the weekend, (while maintenance guys are off.) Trash compartment area (2 Fl where I'm at is always gross!). That corner wall & floor is disgusting, go see for yourselves. Unfair to cleaning guys and those of us who are clean.

Location location location

Quiet apartment complex that is the ideal location for everything in your reach.... leasing office and maintenance are not the best due to lots of changes.... overall enjoy living here

Decline in services

new property manager is rarely seen. No response to email requests for information. Since departure of Jet (formerly property manager) services have declined.
