Overall Good Experience

I’ve been a resident here for a little over 2 years. The grounds are kept clean. Maintenance is on top on work orders. The iffice staff is friendly and has helped when I’ve needed it. I am located right off of Coleman so the noise level is pretty high. One neighbor yells at her dogs a lot….. which isn’t good, but that leads me into my next piece of my review. We are allowed pets here. I don’t really see stray cats. MOST everyone (except said neighbor who yells at her dogs) has their dog leashed when outside. There are several play areas for the kids. Our mailboxes lock which I love. They allowed me to install a Ringbell camera. Overall a great value. My unit is a flat. I believe it’s around 1200 sqft. I have my own washer and dryer in my basement area.

I love my apartment

I have always felt welcome here in my neighborhood. My neighbors are quiet. The downstairs couple and I share vegetables and magazines. Maintenance is very helpful. The office staff has always addressed any issues I've brought to their attention.

I love my unit

I have a flat. My neighbors are an older couple. They are quiet. We are friendly and share extra fresh veggies and such. You can't ask for better maintenance men. They stay on top of all repairs and every morning you can see them picking up discarded trash from people who just toss it out the carnwindow or little kids who leave it behind. I'm directly off Coleman so it's loud. One neighbor across the way screams at her deaf dog every day, multiple times a day, when walking him. Parking in my section can be rough. My apartment is spacious. More than enough room. I dont have any complaints. I enjoy being here. I probably won't leave until I'm ready to buy a home.
