Overall Good Experience

I’ve been a resident here for a little over 2 years. The grounds are kept clean. Maintenance is on top on work orders. The iffice staff is friendly and has helped when I’ve needed it. I am located right off of Coleman so the noise level is pretty high. One neighbor yells at her dogs a lot….. which isn’t good, but that leads me into my next piece of my review. We are allowed pets here. I don’t really see stray cats. MOST everyone (except said neighbor who yells at her dogs) has their dog leashed when outside. There are several play areas for the kids. Our mailboxes lock which I love. They allowed me to install a Ringbell camera. Overall a great value. My unit is a flat. I believe it’s around 1200 sqft. I have my own washer and dryer in my basement area.
