Needs improvement

It would be better with more transparent communication between tenants and management/staff so we feel like out voices and opinions arw heard. Also it would be better to have assigned parking or for staff to look at illegally parked cars and speeding cars for children’s safety.

Homes at pride point

My only complaint is no assigned parking because some tenants have multiple cars or parties and then there will be no place close to the house to park.

Love my home.

Ever since I moved into my home in New London, I have loved every second of it. I am still very close to anything I might need. Interstate 95, grocery shopping, outlet malls, the hospital, the block island and Long Island ferries, and most importantly, the beach. My neighborhood has always felt safe and comfortable with plenty of families around me and friendly faces. After a year and a half, I could not imagine moving elsewhere! Good schools, an active community and amazing activities year round keeps me loving New London with all I can give. So greatful to be able to call it my home.
