Your neighbors can hear you

The walls and floors are not soundproof you can hear your neighbors living room conversation. I can't speak for other apartments on the ground level floors. My apartment I can hear mice running in the walls at night. Overall I enjoyed my years at this place I hope it improves on minor things.

Apts are fine. Thin walls, shared laundry are minues. Location and 5th floor ceiling are pluses.

Review

The property overall is in a great location, maintenance is timely and very nice, the building is now kept in pretty good condition for its age and is quiet on my floor. The only continuous complaint and disappointment is the property management office staff. With the exception of a select few people, the property manager does not communicate and is not pleasurable to deal with. I have been a resident here for 5 years and the only time she responds to an email or anything at all is when she is sending something negative. Her ability to demonstrate effective management and communication skills is horrible. Frankly, I am unsure why the property still has her here. Leasing is good and other staff members are fine.
