Will miss living here, but disappointing experience

The rent price is much higher than the value of this property, even more so when you consider the inconvenience of dealing with a property manager like Pike. While I see them improving since my first year in the property, a lot of improvements should be made to streamline the process for payment, repairs, and complaints.
