Maintenance is very slow

Parking is limited when it snows they plows are always late and why throw sand instead of salt it makes a mess in our house. My floors needs work.

I've been very happy here

I've lived here since June 1, 1980. Most of my time here has been pleasant. As I'm getting older I could use another railling to go up and down the stairs. Could also use a few more electric outlets. An update in the bathroom for seniors. There seems to be more seniors living here than there used to be. Im very comfortable in my apartment and these few updates would be very helpful.
